Not sure of the name of the color, but its original Ford I think once repainted. Maybe I could get the paint code for you once I get home if you want. This is a picture of when I waxed it one day.

that is close to the color i looking for.
let me know if you manage to get the code.
I really like the color of Customcab's 78 f100 as well...
if he or someone else who knows the name or code of that color could post it up it would be appreciated.
The original color code for mine is Candyapple Red. It has been repainted though, and it is now a brighter red. The closest match I could come up with is "Cardinal Red."
I looked at the door tag on the driver's side door of my truck and looked under color and all it said was " T. " I'm not sure if thats what you would consider a paint code or not. I looked at the sticker on the door jam but there was nothing under color.
That can't be right its lighter than that. One of the PO's must have painted it a lighter color. I got a paint match paper that could be the color thats it is now, but I'm not sure, I got it when we bought the truck. It was involved in an accident and the front driver fender had to be replaced and the PO we bought it from, had got it color matched because the fender he replaced it with was primer-colored.
