I bought valve spring shims, valve stem seals, and valve retainer keepers from them. I was happy with how quickly they delivered the order and with the quality of the parts.
One thing I've noticed about them, they are good for OEM replacement stuff, but don't seem to carry anything for specialized applications...
Good company and good prices for OEM stuff, there used to be a member discount from this site. I'd say if you want body parts LMCtruck would be a better choice, they will be cheaper but the pieces ill not be OEM.
We order parts from RockAuto for our customers all the time, even in the rare event that they ship us the wrong part they do good with the return and replacement. We do try to support our local AutoZone folks as much as possible tho, but for many things even with our shop discount they can't touch RockAuto's prices...
I've been using them for years; wonderful place. Highly recommended. I'm about fed up with driving around for an entire Saturday to six different stores trying to get the parts I need for one project - it's worth the shipping to get all the shopping done in 10 minutes. My fridge is covered in Rock Auto magnets.
there great! they messed up my first order(brake light switch instead of 2 o2 sensors), but customer service was excellent! they are all Americans who speak english. had the new one in 3 days for free.

That's what telephones are for; not driving around all day, I mean.
