99 F250 Heavy Duty v10

Having problems with my truck and cant figure out what it is? THe truck wont start, windshield wipers wont turn on, the windows wont roll down, the speedometer jumps whenever you try to roll down the windows. It has a new starter as of about 6 months ago. The windshield wipers only come on if you have them turned on and try to roll down a window.

It may be a blown fuse. And there are lots of fuses. I would check each one.

The starting circuit looks pretty simple if you do not have anti-theft. Here's a schematic.

Start by checking that the battery is fully charged and that the battery cables and connections are all clean and secure.

If you don't have a stable and reliable power source, nothing else will work correctly.

Most likely, you have a bad ground. Check the ones on the radiator support and behind both kick panels in the cabin.
