When I start my 97 F250 460 up in the morning I have no right blinker and no horn till she warms up. I do have the left blinker though. When it warms up enough, they come back. Any ideas?
I am a student at an automotive college, this is an interesting problem, I will talk to a few instructors and see if I can get an answer for you.

IMO, it sounds like the relays that control the blinker and the horn are gummed up and it is not till they heat up that they move. The switch part of the relay has a small hinge, if this is gummed with something that gets solid with cold then they will inturn not work until warm.
I would try changing the blinker relay, it's pretty cheap and it's a good place to start.
This is very peculiar.
What you’re going to have to do is test the circuits with a DVOM.
Test the blinker and horn when cold, and when warm, after they start working.
You may also to do a voltage drop test, on the circuit when it’s working.
Your going to need some wiring diagrams, you have access to some?
