starting issues
i dont really know how to describe it but when i start my truck in the morning it cranks like normal but then starts slow...i dont know if that makes sense to you or not? it only does this on the first start of the day or if it sits for about 4 hours or more, no matter what temperature it is. also driving in the morning for the first time of the day it wont rev above 2200 rpm no matter what i do. any ideas on whats wrong would be appreciated.

Check your batteries, fuel filters, and think about a lower weight oil if you are using 15w40.
As for the now power in the morning. It is very important to let the truck warm up to operating temperature before getting hard on it.
