Was wondering if anyone replaced the fuel pump in there 6.0 and how is it done. It looks easy but as i found out nothing is easy or cheap with this motor. Thanks

You will need a 13mm socket for the three nuts that secure the pump to the frame rail, and the fuel line release coupler tools to disconnect the line fittings on the engine side. The fuel tank side are a "squeeze and pull" type release. The part number for the pump from Ford is PFB-93. You will also need the update harness 6C3Z-9F759-A if it's a 2003 to 2005 model year.
