It Wasn't LMC only deals with F-100s, F-150s & F-250s.
He's Talkin' bout the Chrome Strip on the bottom of the trucks that have the Ranger or Ranger-XLT Trim Package.
See them on my truck?
I'm missin' all the rest on the other side...

Anthony's right, that's what I mean. I'd have to measure the sections for a regular 8ft bed to see how different they are. I've got my old pieces yet but they're in pretty rough shape. I don't know if it's possible to re-finish them anyway.

I figured the trim was the same even on the f-250. Are the beds different lengths?

No, But the Wheel Wells are 7" farther back.
The beds' on these trucks, are completely different than anything you've seen...

a nthony's right the wheel wells and the spare compartment make all the difference. mine didnt come with it even though its ranger xlt. only option is to find used nos set . they are few and far between and usually pretty pricy when you can find them. i got used to mine without

I'm going to blame my stupidity on my helper almost slicing my thumb off today because he didn't know how to use a tool.
