Drivetrain Vibration Problems
I'm experiencing vibration problems during both acceleration and cruising speed. Both U-Joints on the drive-shaft have been replaced, and I'm tried rotating the shaft to correct any 180 off problems. Tires are and balanced, and wheel bearings in the front have been replaced four months ago. Torque converter has also been replaced.
Vibration is felt in the driver seat and on the floor behind the center console. At any speed I can place the vehicle in neutral, rev the engine and experience no vibration. Once it is back in gear, vibration occurs with the reving.
The vibration is most noticeable during hard acceleration. The transmission and motor mounts have been inspected and appear to be ok.
The only things I'm left with is the possibility the drive-shaft is unbalanced, or an issue with the transfer case.
Any ideas or further troubleshooting I can try?
