I think that there is a post requirement first and then you can post pics also if you are a supporter you can post pics. But if your new and not a supporter then there is a minimal posting requirement.

you must have so many posts, then you upload pictures into a tech folder that you create in your gallery (not to be confused with the garage). Then you copy and paste the link that is assigned automatically to the picture by the FTE server.
