transfer cases

I'm having a spot of trouble figuring out what transefer case is in my truck, specificaly I care weather it it is chain or gear driven because I am thinking about some future fun I could have with the drivetrain, and its dark cold and wet outside so I don't want to go roll under the truck

truck is an 87 f250 with a c6

It will be either a New Process 208, Borg Warner 13-45 or 13-56. All are chain driven. Most likely one of the BW's.

I thonk that all but the np205 are chain driven. They seem to hold up to some pretty good abuse. They are not bullit proof but what is lol.

Not sure witch one I have in my F250 but never had a problem with it in all the mileage it's got on it. 4x4 been used everywinter, many of times on the highway! Or in back roads/trails.
