Oil question
my 1997 psd is due for an oil change and i want to deplete my stock of chevron delo. what would be a quality replacement oil from delo? being a college student really pinches my budget and was wondering if the motorcraft oil is good.

There are lots of debates on here anymore what oil to use. Some swear by synthenic, some don't. I have run motorcraft before and it seems fine, but I run rotella now. For some reason my truck would use a quart to 3000 miles with the motorcraft oil in it. When I switched back to rotella, it didn't use any. Don't know why, but I stay with rotella now and change every 3000 miles or so. Most all here will recommend a motorcraft filter though. Thats what I use.
