AFE Big Boost Filter
Hi all,
I just got this mammoth thing in the mail and wanted to know if I can install this thing as is or if it needs to be oiled ,charged or something????Thanks.

so the instructions I found after I posted only apply when I clean it?

It is but it comes pre-oiled when it is new, so you don't have to do anything before installation.
