Considering the land lord's wife would evict us in a heartbeat if we didn't keep up with the yard - YES! And the mower I've been using is at least 10 years old and the lawn is 2 1/2 acres - YES! It's a little tough to do 2 1/2 acres with a push mower between FFO naps when the tire keeps falling off and the motor keeps cutting out

Ms. Tina, with that much to cut, you ought to tell him to buy you one of those Zero turns with at least a 60" deck.

As a renter, I thought the landlord had to keep the lawn mowed.......when I rented, that's the way it was! Or at least, they provided the lawn cutting equipment!

Pat-as soon as you send me the winning lottery numbers BEFORE they're drawn I'll get my dream mower

Bud-they would hire someone to cut the lawn but then our rent would go up $200 a month and the mower I'm looking at isn't much more than that TOTAL-makes more sense for me to do it myself.

CD would help with the mowing if he had the time

Ms. Tina, as soon as I figure out what they're going to be, I'll send them to you. If you're getting a new one for only $200.00, you're not getting much. Possibly self-propelled, but still a small mower for 2½ acres. Maybe 22"? Sure not anything you can sit on.

True, you could get one of the real old fashioned ones without an engine. That would not be fun.
