Yep, just download Firefox...latest version is.....3.6.3 I believe.

Do NOT uninstall IE....you need it for Windows Update to work.

I've worked on Dells...never had to drill out rivets. It opened differently than other cases, it kinda folded open.

yeah, I figgured that. I need to take it back to defalt, and re instal ie7, I never had any trouble with it

In fact, owners manual showed how to install more memory.
