I wish I could eat what I wanted!! I run every other day, almost 2 miles, but being my age (44), I have to really work at it!!

I don't run, even at the young age of 23, my knees can't handle that abuse! It doesn't helped that I am big boned. I prefer the bike, though right now I am stuck with my exercise bike, as my outdoor bike is out of action.

45minutes a night on the exercise bike, plus some other work outs is all I get.

I have one knee that has given me trouble now and then. I've been thinking of trading in my treadmill for an eliptical next fall. I'll run outside this summer, then back inside when it gets cold. What I'd really like to do is go somewhere and swim. Much better on the joints, and a great cardio workout!

We have a pretty good pool here, but I have never been a super good swimmer. I can stay in the water along time, but I am really slow

I used to swim in Jr. High. Was pretty good at it too. I enjoy it a lot more than running. I actually HATE running, but gotta do something!!

Just came back from a quick walk to the vet's office. It sure is a nice day out, made it hard to come back to work!

Oh, and I prefer to be tubing, watersking, fishing, or just running the boat.

Swimming is what I do when I help someone learn how to ski

I was really close to becoming a lifegaurd at one point though

I'd be up for the boat thing, today would be a great day for it here, high about 80 right now.

Its only 46 here, so a little chilly for the boat.

The fact that non of the lakes are open could also be a problem

Yeah, might be just a bit nippy for the boat! Water here would still be pretty chilly for it here also. Another month and it'll be good to go.

I wouldn't even think about swimming in the lakes around here until atleast the end of June.

Should be able to do some fishing before then though

Well I really don't believe in "stupid questions" I like "ill-informed" better.
