Which code scanner will enable me to service bleed the abs unit on my 98 Expy?

The only one I know of is the NGS scan tool. My OTC ABS reader tool will not not do it, it just gives instructions on how to do it manually.

The best place to find them I have found is on Ebay. They are what the dealers used for diagnostics. They are not cheap even used. Although if you get the correct software you can do absolutely everything that con be done with a scanner on a Ford with them.
