Basic Specs (that are hard to find)
I've bought a lot (owner's manual, service manual, brochure) to learn about my truck (74 highboy). I can find the overall length (205.3" on 133" wheelbase), but what about:
body width
body height
ground clearance
Now, granted, I can get a tape measure, but I'm looking for factory official spec's, if they're out there. I've gotten service manuals for muscle cars before, and they always had a lot of detail, even including things like front-to-rear and height of center of gravity. Thanks if you know. Of course, I have a billion more detailed questions, like what was the CFM of the stock 2-barrel carburetor on the 360? What was the 360's compression ratio (it's actually MISSING in the service manual, if you can believe it!).
How many 74 Ford F-trucks were produced?
How many 74 F-250's?
On and on...
Any info is great, I'm planning on having her a long time. Thanks. Any takers?
