PCM/Transmission slipping
I am working on a 2004 F250 6.0 that had a Edge Platinum Juice module on it. After a competitor replaced the head gasket, they left the module unhooked. I reinstalled and found the module to need repair. The problem is after removing the module and returning everything to stock, the transmission is slipping from 2-3 and 3-4 shifts?
I hate sounding dumb, but what has happened? I have never seen this happen before.

Mark, will it need to relearn shift points etc.? I disconnected for about 15 minutes and seemed to help but was still slipping on 1 shift. I would have thought it would clear up on its own after disconnecting?

It will need to relearn the pressures at each shift. Try warming it up, then do 3 standing starts at light throttle, three at medium throttle, and three at heavy throttle. If that doesn't clean it up something mechanical is bad inside.
