Hard Start and AE readings

I have a hard time starting my truck in the morning and again at the end of the work day. White smoke at exhaust while cranking and black smoke at start after trying to start 4-6 times. Progressivly getting worse. I think it is glow plugs but unsure.

AE readings at start
Glow Plug Duty Cycle around 50
Glow Plug Current right bank 0
Glow Plug Current left bank 0
Injector Control Pressure right around 500
Intake air temp 36
Exhaust back pressure when started 12.4
Vehicle Reference Voltage 11.8 when cranking

Diesel KOER Cylinder Contrib #3 and #8 Injector Contrib/Balance Fault
Injector Ring test pass
KOER Glow Plug pass
