1986 won't start FRUSTRATION
I got my grandpas 86 150 after he was hit on the front passenger side. At impact he truck dies and will not start. I was told about a fuel relay switch or something but am unsure. There is fuel in the tanks and in the lines but it will not fire for any reason at all. It does have the EFI system. Anyone have thoughts about this??? The truck doesnt look real bad just pushed in the fender a little and tweaked the hood

They use an inertia switch, it shuts off power to the fuel pump on impact. It has a reset button on it. I'm not sure where it is on your truck though maybe pass side undeer the glove box. It's about 1 inch square white box. if it's trripped you will feel and hear it click when you push the reset
