Actron Infrared Thermometer pro

I just purchased this. It is a laser thermometer. Very happy with it. Reads very accurately up to 10 feet. Measures -58 to 932 degs farenheit. I use it as a mechanic or cook! Honestly a very usefull tool. I bought this one for around 55$. Yes, I could of spent less, but I wanted a good qualitly tool. Use it for anything. You can use it on each and every exhaust port of an engine to find weak and strong cylinders depending on the temperature it is putting out. Very neat, and well worth the price! You guys would enjoy it.

You can find hot spots on a radiator where air flow is blocked. Will be hot at that point. You can check your catalytic converter. Should be 100° hotter at the outlet than the inlet.
All kinds of uses.

Every toolbox should have one,..I use it for checking coolant hosr temps, checking when the T-stat opens, radiator temps, Tire/brake temps..all kinds of stuff.

They also work well determining which beer is the coldest in the fridge..
