Question Valve job?

Now that she runs I have a question for the next motor related job. When my buddy helped me put her together, I had run a comp test and found a couple cylinders that were low, but not overly bad. High cylinder had 125 psi, low cylinder had 100 psi. (throttle plates closed). He said we need to do a leak down and see what's doing. I get some light smoke (bluish=oil?) from the exhaust, so maybe exhaust valves need attendtion? If it needs a "valve job" or whatever you experienced guys call it, should I consider doing more? Is this a point at which a motor should be considered for rebuild? Supposedly PO had it rebuilt years ago, and then parked it for several years before I got it becuase he had several trucks. She runs fairly strong, but I don't know what to do, I don't want to do one thing and find out something else would have been a better alternative at this point in time. Please advise like it were your truck and you were in my shoes................

P.S. - No major leaks or anything like that, only burns that blue on startup after sitting or exceptionally long idle periods........

Valve job?

Sounds like the valve seals are leaking - just from sitting. The valve seals stop the oil from getting pst the valves into the cyl. You will continue to get more smoke at startup - until you replace the seals. Seals are cheap and relatively easy to replace - with a valve spring compressor tool. I would replace the seals and drive it...
