Running board mounting question

2004 Supercab, new style

I just picked up a pair of used 5" tubular step bars for my truck, but the guy discarded the mounting hardware. Anyone have a list of what hardware I would need to mount them on my truck?

Also, does anyone have a link to instructions for mounting them?
