Oil Pan

Has anyone had their 6.0 PSD oil pan replaced under warranty?

The initial dealer inquiry to Ford ESP has denied coverage for my '03 6.0 PSD oil pan leak.

They are known to rust.

This summer, I am experimenting with a new coating I am making to address the problem of underbody rust...

Stay tuned on this channel.

I'm well aware of that. Actually, I knew that back in the 80's with the 6.9L.

The coating I will be experimenting with will stop rust cold for upwards to 2 or 3 years under extreme corrosion conditions.

Lots of road salt, etc.
