How do you lift independent front suspension?

Quality kits include everything you need. They should have brackets to lower the inner pivot points of the axles, longer springs, longer shocks, and at the very least, brackets that lower the radius arms. Better quality kits should have new, extended radius arms that allow for more vertical travel of the axle.

Mrwizard has it right. Good lift kits will have everything. There is another alternative to axle drop brackets out there but unless you are independently wealthy, its probably just what it is for many of us who really like the TTB setup, a really cool dream. If you want to drool over one of the neatest (in my opinion) lift methods for a TTB Bronco, check out www.Autofab.com. 16" of wheel travel from TTB! Even Baja racers are limited to 15" by regulations.

you could just go for a straight axle swap, makes thing much easier in the end, and you can go higher.
