Gear ratio...

So my 99 F250 has stock 3.73s right now with a 6 inch lift and 37s. I am thinking I wanna re-gear the axles to 4.56s. Is there a better gear choice then that for 37s? Right now the truck wants to run 90mph all time cause of the taller tires. LOL Thanks
