recomendations?

I recently picked up a 68 lincoln with the 10.5 to 1 compression 460 that has 365hp. my plan is to put it in my truck but before that i am thinking about a weiland stealth intake and a very mild cam with headers, what problems will arise with a cam and stock valve train? I dont want to spend money where its not needed seeing as this isnt going in a race truck or anything like that. some imput would be helpful

You will need to check pushrod length and lifter preload. One other thing, a 460 that old might have the small crank pilot hole, so if you have a auto the converter would have to be changed, something to check if someone doesn't chime in on that.
