Lowering Question

I recently came across a set of Dream Beams for my 77. They are used and do not have the tie rod relocation brackets.

Has anyone fabricated their own bracket or know of another way to alleviate this problem?

I could buy the brackets through DJM, but do not want to spend the $100 right now.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I think chassis tech, AIM has them for $49.

EDIT: make that $45

I suggest waiting and spending the $100 when you can afford it. Never cheap out on suspension or steering parts I always say.

Some people say they prefer the AIM tie rod relocators to the DJM, but they like the DJM beams and customer service better. IDK just a suggestion.

The AIM brackets seem beefier, but i have not seen them side by side to know if one would work better than the other. I guess it all comes down to preference.

Does anyone have any feedback or opinions on one or the other?

I have the DJM ones and they are an odd piece. It is pretty awkward to get the castle nut and cotter pin in the small piece.
