is this normal

I just made a list of everything I've done in the last 6 mos. under the hood and want to know if it's "normal" or excessive and is this ongoing or is it going to taper off eventually so I can start spending my allowance on my other hobbies?
new- alternator, batteries,+battery cable, oil cooler seals, belts, starter solenoid, glo plugs, tach sensor, VSS, and all the usual filter and fluid changes, hmmm not really that much,but...

If you've only owned the truck for the last 6 months and the PO didn't maintain it to your expectations then, regular maintenance aside, it will probably taper off, especially if you pay attention to info and replies on this forum and do things the right way the first time.

However, I do find that after all the niggly bits are taken care of the fun begins with upgrades, which usually cost a little more per. I think it's an incurable disease.

I wouldn't even want to write everything down i've done to my truck since I got it. I'd be scared!!! Well worth it in my book though.
