I lifted my f250 4 inches and of course the allignment was out of wack. $160 dollars later a front end place alligned it. All was well, until the other day i put the stock rims/tires on and it looked a little weird. Once i went back to my big rims / tires i re-looked at it and it looks like it was never alligned. wtf? has anyone ever heard of there truck un-alligning itself? i wanna call the front end place but i have a feeling they arent going to be to coperative, and what will stop my truck from doign this again in the future?
You used drop brackets for the TTB, right? If so, then maybe the springs sagged a little bit from new. What do the tires look like? What part of the alignment is off?
the botton of the tire is inward if u look from the front. and yea i used those brackets. That does make sense though since i got i alligned right away and it had new front leafs. u think the leafs broke in now and thats whats causing it?
Seriously, it sounds like you got positive Camber now... your leafs springs NEED to be broken in. Is it drastic, or just slightly noticeable? A little positive camber never hurt anything, excessive will cause handling problems and tire wear.
its pretty drastic. either way its going back to the allignment place monday sooooo yea... anyway heres a pick of the lift.
The picture was taken about a month ago, right now the truck has no bumper / push bar on it b/c i ordered a new offroad bumper. Waiting for it in the mail now.
