ok i know this may sound strange but i was curious as to how the actuator came out. so fri afternoon i got one out and dangit what a chore just to get that lil bugar out. so i got it out what exactly do i drill out..... i seen the metal rivets but there was also like 6 plastic things that has a light coat of wax sealer covering them aswell. do i drill those out th get in...... i couldent find any pics anywhere i guess the thread is old and the pics are no longer avable. i really wanna fix this prolbem and i know its a easy process but any one got any pics.

I drill the rivets out, well actually they spin so I just let them spin til the melt the plastic free and pop out the other end, then just stick a flat screwdriver in between the case halves, and crack it open. It will seem to be stuck because there is a long plastic pin that holds the halves together by one of the metal wire plugs, and plus there is a slotted fitting there as well, so you kinda gotta slide it up and jimmy it out. I cut off that one plastic pin for easier reassembly when putting it back together. Call my cell if you need me to walk you through it PM sent
