I have '69 F250 with a bench seat cover that keeps coming off. My plan was to re-upholster it, but thought this would be a good time to update the seat, and re-upholster the new one.
I have read many posts here about newer seats but i am still unclear if any of these up to '96 have a flip down cup holder type center console.
I am hoping just to use my seat hardware, since i don't know how to weld.
Thanks for your help guys. Al
i had one out of a mid 80's ford f150 in my last truck. just swap the rails and your good to go. this truck i put 2004 leather buckets, but had to make tracks to bolt them to. i find them too high and the backs are too thick. i'm tall and would like to move them back further. still alot nicer than the stock bench
"If you weren't aware, all factory Ford bench seats up through '96 are pretty much a bolt-in procedure into your vintage truck, if you use your original seat tracks. After removing the tracks from your donor seat you'll have to drill out the threads on the seat frame so the studs on the older tracks can go up into the holes and be secured with a nut. "

Good info dwildey. To add to that, the other site has pics of several different models of seats installed in bumpsides.
