The "E" and the "3" at the beginning of the part number are the differences in the part number... You want 3C3Z-9F838-EA

Nope, can not really think of anything else at the moment and really, haven't we spent enough of your money today...

Correct. "Late" build 04's started production on 09/29/03 and yours was built before that so you have a "early" '04. The guy at the parts counter should be able to pull up your "actual" build date using your VIN for confirmation...

ok, cool. Thanks man! Im calling the dealer right now! It would make things so much easier if they had someone that knew there stuff at the parts counter
