duraspark 2 help

My friend has a 91 ranger with the 2.9 liter. This weekend we are pulling out his bad motor and putting a new one but it is carbed and he wants to keep it carbed. Everything else is worked out, but I need to know what one of the wires is hot in run that would be good to run the duraspark 2 module. thanks in advance. O ya could you be really specific on the wire so i can identify it easy.

Your duraspark II module has a connector with a red and white wire white is hot run red is hot start. I would probably use the hot run wire that was powering the coil pack. I don't have the FSM with me so I can't give the wire location. You will also need to locate a hot in start.
