Hawke trailer / Leer 122 Topper
I'm picking up a 2011 Super Duty in Baltimore this May. Will be trailering back a '70 Z-28 project car to Alaska. Will need to get a trailer and topper for the return trip. Any suggestions / experience with the Hawke tilt-bed equipment trailers and/or Leer 122 Toppers would be greatly appreciated. Also, any suggested / recommended dealers for same would be helpful. I've posted this same request on the Misc, topper & canopy forum also, but thought this forum would get more coverage. Thanks.

Lancaster and york county pennsylvania area is about 45 minutes (depending on traffic) to the north of Baltimore. In Lancaster theres a decent sized dealer for truck caps and various other accessories. Thats where I bought my undercover and my my dad bought his Leer cap. Truck Caps I Covers I Accessories - Car-Mic Truck Accessories The area is also loaded with trailer dealers. You can probably get a better deal up that way than down near Baltimore. The PA turnpike isn't too far away either and heads west through Ohio, Indiana and etc. Also, up your post counts some so can accept PMs.

Rt 40 (aka Pulaski Hwy) in eastern B,more county/ White Marsh has truck cap and trailer dealers up & down the strip. I've got an ARE cap on mine, but give me a day or 2 and I'll get some more info for you.
How long you gonna be in the area? We've got a pretty active MD chapter, I'm sure everybody would like to meet another FTE'r from across the country.
