Any EFI Exhaust Manifolds will fit, regardless of year.
Depending on the year of your carb'd engine, you may need to do a small amount of grinding to get them to fit. Some report they bind with the alternator bracket, some with the intake, etc. However, all grinding of the exhaust manifolds is really minor, like taking off an unused eyelet, or piece of excess metal.
Other than that, you'll need to deal with all of the emissions/smog stuff, as well as carb heat, since almost all of it ties in with the stock exhaust manifold.
Honestly, once you start looking, you'll realize that there's almost no way you could possibly confuse the two.
However, if you're looking at the trucks themselves without looking under the hood, just look for any 87+. If the front end of the truck doesn't look like yours, it has EFI.
Bring some tools and some patience though, it takes a while to get the intake out of the way.
