So I finally pulled the flatbed off my truck....The fuel pump is not puttin gas to the carb, but I couldn't put gas in it as the po had put a retarded bed on the back and flattened the filler neck. How he filled it is beyond me....anyways, I loosened the filler neck clamp, pulled on the neck, and off it popped, and out of the tank came the vent tube....metal nipple and all. not sure if that was supposed to come out, but at this point in time, not my biggest problem. Looked into the tank as i was shaking the truck side to side....no sloshing, no waves, nothing....jello...

time for a new tank...

Probably took a day and a half to fill up. Your engine won't no what to do when you get some good gas in her.
