no. radiation poisonin is basically where atomic particles are thrown through your flesh, destroying DNA, amino acids, and tissue. a high dose will literally cause you to fall apart in a mater of hours. you will die of hemorrhaging long before your body desecrates, but eventually you will become a puddle. zombies are flesh and blood, they will susceptible to the same fate.

Huh, radiation works on zombies? Never thought about that. Building a nuke isn't all that hard since we live in the age of the internet, remember? Probably not a great idea because it would ruin any game of city block tic-tak-toe by blowing the whole city to hell.
I wouldn't want to be the one to spoil anyone else's fun. When you think about it, every city block can be much more fun fighting door to door that setting off a small sun and ending it all at once. We don't want to kill them off too quickly now do we?

There's always a fuel-air bomb like what the russians tested a few years ago. Still burns the ground hot enough to form surface glass but without the radiation after effects. All the bang, but none of the nasty side effects.
Think of it like an environmentally friendly mega bomb for those that are concerned about the planet but still have a burning desire to blow the $*^& out of everything.
Of course you still need an aircraft large enough to carry it up to a high enough altitude to deliver it.
I wonder if I could make a mini version that could be fired from a potato gun. Now that would be packing some heat.
"one hit, one city block"
If you hear the earth shake and a high rise building collapses from the skyline, that'll be Trey.
If you see the night sky light up for more than 5 seconds and you hear some one 5 miles away laughing hysterically, that'll be me.
