I just obtained a 1987 F-250 2WD pickup with a 351 4bbl motor. The truck has around 115,000 miles on it. The previous owners parked the truck about 6 years ago when the carb started leaking and it started running bad. The truck was running when it was parked. The truck is in very good condition considering the age. The problem I'm having is the motor seems to be seized up. I put a torque bar on the crank bolt to see if it would turn, but it won't budge. I'm guessing some condensation got in the cylinders and maybe a little surface rust is keeping it from turning. Any suggestions?
Thanks. I pulled the plugs yesterday and sprayed some WD40 in the cylinders. I'll give it a couple more days and give it a try, if that doesn't do it I'll pour some ATF in there and wait a few more days.

WD40 is not a lubricant - it's a water displacer ("WD"). ATF isn't a bad idea, but try some liberal amounts of PB Blaster. Let it soak. More PB. More soaking... Then try the crank bolt again.
