yea so far it hasnt made it past 140 for the trans temp and there was just one time that the egt hit 1000 put that was just to see how hot it would get with a slow acceleration then in 3rd gear put the throttle down just to see how it effected the temps

yep my motto keep everything cool!!!! i have tranny cooler powersteering cooler both in front of the a/c system the powersteering is so effective the you can stick your finger in the fluid after a 3 hr drive and the fluid would be lukewarm!! both still have the factory coolers i just put the new coolers inline with the factory ones

thats awesome i might have to look into that. yea when i got my gauges wired up i thot i did something wrong with the tranny temp gauge cause even after driven round all day i never really saw the needle move then i got out and just for shlitz and giggles felt the tranny to see if the pan felt hot and it wasnt bad at all thats why i started this thread just to make sure everything was ok

in the exhaust manifold in the rear by the eighth cylinder for the egt and the trans temp is in a port near the bottom of the pan

ill have to test the pyro a little more and watch the temps a little more because as it stands i really do not blow much black smoke and if my egts are down low enuff im thinkin bout turning the fuel pump up and hopefully order my outlet housing and down pipe this spring/summer (if the wife lets me) haha
