2002 lincoln navigator awd.
front all the way down and the back all the way up.
wife took it in to have alignment done and they did not shut the susp, off.
so she comes home with it all screwed up.
any idea's?
i drained the air out unhooked the battery but it just returns with check susp, light on and the front on the ground and rear all the way up.
im thinking its a bad servo but what one?
if i have to take it in to the dealer, ill have to stop by the alignment shop and choke somebody.
Is the compressor running? Normally, not at all or all the time? The height sensor could be the problem. On the Mark VIIIs opening and closing the drivers door 5 times will reset the suspension computer.
i ended up having it recalibrated. the dealer then told my wife the torsion bars were wrong and needed to be adjusted.when she got home after calib, i went under and found a bump stop missing under the front end pass, side($14) all is good and level again. torsion bars are fine also. thanks for the suggestions.
