So it is just 40 all the time now, kind of like the wife saying 25? Funny thing about that is most believe her, and don't believe her when she actually does tell them her actual age... She has been 25 for 10 times...

I know the feeling... I am feeling all that I have done in the past few days. I used to be able to pick up fully assembled auto trannies without much effort, not so much these days...

I decided to start to lose some weight. I'd been feeling like crap, and let myself get heavy. I hate running, but the alternative was worse. I may start swimming laps, since the running is hard on my legs. It's worked so far, though, I've lost about 20 some pounds.

I am told I need to lose weight, but I am wondering where... I can lose MAYBE 20 pounds max... the rest is truthfully muscling. I am typically around 235 now, was about 205 all the time before my back went out when I was doing a lot of heavy lifting. Before I took that job I was always around 185. I am about 6'1", and they tell me I should weigh less than 200... BS!!!
