Automatic w/overdrive
I've been reading untold amounts of posts in this forum, as well as numerous websites. Am I correct in thinking that if I want to change out a c6 to a 4-speed slushbox behind a 460, then my only choice is an E4OD? I thought about an AOD, but from what i've read, they only come in sbf flavor.

Pretty much. You need an expensive adaptor for the AOD, and unless you get a beefed unit and put it in a light vehicle, my guess is it wouldn't last long.
The E4OD will need a controller. Good news: It's less than the adaptor for the AOD. Bad news: It's $500.
