Long story short, 2003, 7.3L got totaled 2 weeks ago . Just bought a 2005 6.0L and found out the windshield washer sprayer barely squirts out any fluid. Looking on line to see where and how to replace the pump motor. Anybody have to do this task before or know where to point me to find some instructions?
Pumps will either be mounted on the reservoir or remote mounted, mounted on the reservoir will have a grommet seal into the tank and some kind of clip or screw holding the pump in place. Remote mounted will just be a couple of bolts to the body and hoses in either direction. Once you find it, it should be pretty simple to see how it comes out.

Thanks,

On my 2000 f250, it was under the reservoir. It turns out that the pump wasn't the problem, though. The nozzles were clogged. If I were you, I'd pull the hose at one of the connectors, to make sure it's the pump. And sorry to hear about the 7.3.
