Today sure was a beautiful spring day here in PA and the East Coast. I noticed there were not many posts today. I washed two cars but not the truck!! But I did drive the truck and got lots of looks and compliments. What did you guys do?
A cold front hit here in San Antonio this morning at 7 am. Lots of wind and rain. The temp. dropped about 20 degrees. Still warm for you folks up "Nawth" but too cold for us to be out. Spent my day working on projects in the house. Spring time is just around the corner!!!!!
It was beautiful here so I sharpened the blades on the mower and cut the lawn at the house, didn't really need it but it felt good to be out in the sun and it did make the lawn look better, atleast even all over now. I went a bought a new chain saw so I think I'll go over to the garage and start cleaning up some around there if it does't rain, Garry
Gary ,if you need a chain saw to clean up your garage, maybe you shouldn't let it go so long.
i had this week off work,it was nice all week.i started on my t5 swap monday, got the old axle, tranny and pto pump out(dont need the lift box anymore).
thursday and friday i removed 10 of the 14 leaf springs on the rear(might have to take a couple more out)and installed the 9' from a 68 f-100.saturday rebuilt the brakes on the back.
today i need to take the box off and see how to remove the lift cylinders and stuff, can anyone tell me how i mount the box back on the frame when i do this?right how the box is held in place by the lift rams.
It was a beautiful spring day here in the pacific northwest so we took the F1 out for it's first cruise of the year....so nice!
Did notice an oil leak when we got back so have to investigate that today.
Don't worry, I'll be adding a topic or two as my truck bed comes in and I post how I go about getting it to work on a F-600 and wheelbase shortening ^_^
