the dude in the brown truck dropped off a set of full force stage 1's and a new tuner today and I got to work immediately. I got the valve covers off and called it a night.
my question is... is there anything that should be tightened, or adjusted while im in there? How much play should there be in the rocker arms?
Also i noticed the fins on my compressor wheel are a little ragged. there is no play, just a little dusted i guess. is this robbing boost from me?
Your injectors and rockers can be retorqued. Check your UVCH. If your turbo is dusted you may look into rebuilding it. Take a look at your up pipes. Be carefull putting your intercooler boots back on the intake plenums, very thin metal, dont over torque. Check around your turbo pedastool for oil leaks. Others will chime in with more.
