That sucks about the tire noise. I have the same tires but they are nice and quiet. Then again I had Buckshot mud tires before these so anything is quiet in comparison. I bet adjusting the air pressure might cure your problems.
If not call whoever installed them and raise heck. They should take care of you if they really value your business.
I know what your saying about the noise. I tried my first set on my dually and I will never do that again. I will say, good snow traction, but noise is terrible and they seem to disappear before my eyes. I've got about 30,000 kilometers on mine (under 20k miles), and they are gone and I do mean gone. I think I may try Toyo Open country next time.
go back where you bought them and drag the guy from behind the counter and take him for a ride and tell him you want to change because of false advertising..
I run 'Cooper' tires on my F-250 Crew cab... no tire noise.
