ARP studs are replacing the oe bolts. I'd like to do it with the head still on, one at a time.
I am thinking about starting in the center and spiraling outwards clockwise, torquing to the books specs, then coming back when all are replaced and retorquing to ARP specs.
Any tips or advice? Pls. let me know what you think.
I did it. You have to remove the rockers and pushrods, but besides that it is easy. Just remove one old bolt, drop in the ARP stud, allen wrench it tight, and torque the nut to spec, and go to the next one.
