Rear shock missing a bolt

I noticed, that one of my rear shocks is missing a bolt. What type of attachment is needed to secure the shock to the truck? Is this a dealer only item?

Top or bottom of the shock?

It's the top mounting location.

4wheel parts has upper shock pins that are made of grade8 material instead of the OEM hollowed stamped crap, i dont know the part number for them though sorry.
