mazada wheels

ok so my buddy had a mazada protege. well he sold it and had 2 of the stock wheels with good tires and i gave him 20 bucks for them to put on my ranger because i have realy bald tires lol. and they seemed fine until i drove about 20 feet then they came loose. do i need special lug nuts for these wheels? if so what kind?
i have stock steel ranger wheels on my truck now and these wheels are alum.
btw my ranger is a 2000 base model 3.0. looks like a comcast truck with out the comcast stikers.

I suggest that you have the tires dismounted and remount them on two of your Ranger wheels.

lol the mazada wheels are 18's loland my whels ar 15'

Then why did you buy them. Go get a set of tires made for your truck.

because i dont realy care what my truck looks like it is a ford ranger... they are joke trucks but i got mine for free and dont have alot of money so i am forced to drive it...
